Living in Shepherd’s Bush usually revolves for me around getting to the gym at 0630, leaving for the Overground train to Clapham at 0745 and not getting back to Bush until about 1800. Having two small children thats about my day done. Even so there is a lot happening in my neck of the woods and also a lot taking place across the borough. Westfield shopping centre being just one (huge) example.
So I’ll cover everything on here from my daily count of the rat population I see scurrying all over Shepherds Bush Green every early morning, through to the tramp I called an ambulance for early one sunday morningĀ 2 weeks ago. He had hypothermia and had been left out on the street with his trousers down. All night.
Or the time I had a close brush with the July 21 2005 bomber at Shepherd’s Bush tube.
Politically we’re a knife edge borough with a Labour MP and a Tory council so plenty of aggro there, and lots more besides!

This blog is cool, I subscribe to the RSS feed and read all the articles.
I commute by bicycle out of W12 (to SW1) and it is good to read somebody who knows what he talking about.
Keep up the good work!
